如何要求删除您的账号

点击上方按钮，或从注册邮箱写信至 nuviva.cuhk@gmail.com。请注明注册邮箱、显示名（如有），以及您要删除整个账号或特定数据。

为防止他人冒用，我们可能会回复邮件并要求您确认账号信息。请勿通过邮件发送密码、证件号码或完整医疗记录。

等待完成通知
我们会在核实请求后开始处理，并通常在 30 天内完成删除。完成后，我们会向您的注册邮箱发送确认。
数据处理范围
哪些数据会删除，哪些会保留
将被删除的数据
- 账号资料和登录凭证，包括姓名、邮箱、手机号、账户编号及个人资料；
- 孕产与产后健康背景、风险指标、测量记录、健康日记和恢复进度；
- 健康问卷的答案、得分及个性化建议记录；
- 您录入的婴儿资料；
- 站内留言、反馈、附件和推送标识符；
- 其他可与您的账号直接关联的服务活动数据。
可能保留的数据
- 备份中的残留副本可能最多保留 90 天，期间不会用于正常业务处理；
- 法律、医疗记录、审计、安全或争议处理要求必须保留的最少记录，按适用法律规定保存，最长不超过 7 年；
- 已纳入已完成或已发表研究、且无法再与您关联的不可逆匿名化或汇总数据，可能长期保留；
- 为记录并证明已执行删除请求所需的请求日志，最多保留 3 年。
删除时间说明：账号将在删除处理完成后无法再使用。除上述依法或为安全所必需的有限保留外，可识别的账号数据会在核实请求后的 30 天内从活动系统删除，并在 90 天内随备份轮换清除。

How to request account deletion

Send a deletion request
Use the button above, or email nuviva.cuhk@gmail.com from your registered address. Include your registered email, display name (if any), and whether you want your entire account or specific data deleted.

Complete verification
To prevent unauthorized requests, we may reply and ask you to confirm account information. Never send your password, identity-document number, or complete medical records by email.

Receive confirmation
We will begin processing after verification and normally complete deletion within 30 days. We will send confirmation to your registered email when it is complete.
Scope of deletion
Data we delete and data we retain
Data that will be deleted
- Account details and sign-in credentials, including name, email, phone number, account ID, and profile information;
- Pregnancy and postpartum health background, risk indicators, measurements, health diary entries, and recovery progress;
- Health questionnaire answers, scores, and personalized recommendation records;
- Baby information entered by you;
- In-app messages, feedback, attachments, and push-notification identifiers; and
- Other service activity data directly linked to your account.
Data that may be retained
- Residual copies in backups may remain for up to 90 days and will not be used for ordinary business processing;
- The minimum records required for legal, medical-record, audit, security, or dispute purposes will be kept as required by applicable law, for no longer than 7 years;
- Irreversibly anonymized or aggregated data already included in completed or published research, which can no longer be linked to you, may be retained indefinitely; and
- Request logs needed to record and demonstrate completion of the deletion may be retained for up to 3 years.
Deletion timeline: Your account will no longer be usable after deletion is completed. Except for the limited legal or security retention described above, identifiable account data is removed from active systems within 30 days after verification and cleared through backup rotation within 90 days.
